www.laurafry.com Laura Fry is a master weaver who provides fantastic weaving resources such as her famous Workshop’s in a Box, CD Weaver’s, and her book on wet finishing “Magic in the Water”. Magic in the water is a must have resource for anyone serious about weaving. It contains 44 handwoven samples made with different kinds of fibres that show the transformation from before to after wet finishing, patterns, gorgeous colour photos of the finished pieces and a how to section for wet finishing. If you want to learn a lot about how yarns behave and full after wet finishing without reinventing the wheel then you must buy this book. Laura teaches classes and as one of her students I have to say, she is phenomenal. Her handwoven textiles are to die for.
