Simply send us your order information via email using our contact form . If you have ordered from us in the past and want to use the same credit card information, simply indicate this in your email order. If it is a new order or your credit card information has changed, call us or indicate in your email that you want us to call you. Note: Do Not send credit card information via e-mail as it is unsecure.

Of course, if you live or visit in our area , you may make an appointment to shop at Mud River Angoras in person. Please call our local number (250) 560-5719 or contact us via our online form  to make an appointment

Method of Payment:

Payment can be by Money Order (In Canadian or US Funds) or by credit card. For credit card purchases we accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover Card, and American Express.

For credit card payments, Canadian and International customers will be billed in CDN dollars. For credit card purchases from US residents, Mud River Angoras will bill your credit card with the exact US dollar value eliminating any currency conversion charges from the credit card company. Note that we do not impose a minimum order restriction.

Taxes:

Mud River Angoras charges 6% GST (Goods and Services Tax) to all orders going to Canadian destinations (with the exception of rabbits). For British Columbia residents, PST is not charged on fibres or yarns meant to make clothing, although it is charged on the sale of rabbits. Mud River Angoras does not charge any Canadian taxes on orders sent to the US.
