Returns
Mud River Angoras will accept the return of any product for full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) or exchange within 30 days if it is defective or unsatisfactory. This policy does not apply to special order items. The product must be in a re-sellable condition. Our goal is customer satisfaction and we ask that you
contact us
as soon as you find a problem with anything you receive so we can correct the problem.
Damaged Items or Errors in Shipping:
Please
contact us
before returning an item damaged in transit or if an error was made in your order. We (or the manufacturer) may be able to solve the problem without the items return.
